Great videos. No platform.
Creators kept building libraries of beautiful, often years-in-the-making content — and then had nowhere ready-made to host, bill, and stream it at the quality their work deserved. The market offered two extremes: toy embeds that looked amateur on a TV, or bespoke software builds priced for venture-backed studios. There was no honest middle ground for a serious independent creator.
Four vendors, four invoices.
The grudging workaround was stitching together a video host, a separate billing consultant, a mobile app agency, and a DRM specialist — each with their own slack, their own status calls, and their own opinion on whose fault any given bug was. By the time all four lined up, the original creative energy of the project had already burned out, and the audience had moved on.
One coordinated launch team.
We assembled engineers, designers, and producers who all live on the OTT side of the stack and have shipped enough of these launches to know exactly where the friction hides. We measure ourselves by launches in production, not by Gantt charts or progress meetings. Every plan has a target launch window we commit to before payment, and the entire team is incentivised to hit it. When we say something will be live by the end of a sprint, that is a promise about the live URL — not an internal status update.
Tell the truth
If a platform is genuinely wrong for your goals, we say so before you pay — even if that means telling you to pick a cheaper plan, a competing tool, or to wait until you have more catalog ready. There is zero commission structure that rewards anyone here for upselling, so the recommendation you get is the one we would give a friend in the same seat.
Document everything
Every project ends with a clean PDF playbook, a narrated Loom walkthrough, and a credentials handover so any teammate can pick up where we left off without needing another call. We want you to never need to call us again — even though we always hope you will. The work is finished when you can hand it to a future hire and they understand it immediately.
